Laser marking machine.following the endless innovations of laser technology and computer control technology, is a kind of laser processing equipment. With the advantages of non-contact, no pollution and no wear, laser marking technology is replacing traditional marking techniques and widely used in various fields.Based on the function demand analysis of the galvanometer laser marking control system, the application software of laser marking control which is based on embedded system is designed and carried out. Main work includes:1) Because embedded GUI development platform Qt does not have the way to input Chinese, we design a Pinyin inputting method to meet the users'demand of inputting Chinese marking content. An editorial method is proposed for two common marking elements including characters text and image, and we also study how to deal with the dynamic marking content, such as the production date.2) Though the analysis of the standard making operation procedures and control system operating state, human-machine interface has been designed by using Qt development tools, enhancing operational performance of the laser marking control system.In human-computer interface design, we make use of some Qt features, such as the signal and slot mechanism, software timing applications, responding of key events, and event filters. We also realized the internationalization of the interface.3)The processing procedure of making control data in vector marking pattern is designed by analyzing the format of PLT vector files and SHX vector character files. And we also analyzed how to read the data of reading making contents from SHX character files,and its coordinates transform processing. Finally, the data of user program are extracted by kernel though the share of memory, controlling deflection of galvanometer and energy output of the laser.We also introduces the communication patterns such as the signal mechanism and ioctl system calls.
