The Implementation And Application Of SAP System MM Module For Auto Parts Enterprise

With the gradual advancement of the business of Kasman Automotive Components Manufacturing Co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as KSM)in.Qinhuangdao,the total production capacity of Kasman Qinhuangdao company will reach an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons after the completion of the second phase of the project.With the development and expansion of the company,the requirements for the construction of enterprise information are gradually increasing,and the currently used system software has gradually failed to meet the needs of the enterprise.Therefore,a more complete ERP management system software is highly needed to adapt to the rapid development of the enterprise.This article focuses on the implementation and application of KSM Qinhuangdao ERP Phase 1 SAP MM(Material Management)module.This article first analyzes the actual business process and interface integration requirements of the business status,quality department,procurement department,and production planning department of KSM Qinhuangdao through the investigation and analysis of KSM Qinhuangdao.Secondly,the overall architecture design of the MM module is described,the functional architecture of the MM module is described in the forms of procurement plan,procurement execution and inventory management.Detailed business blueprint for KSM's business is designed,including 21 work flows,such as master data,procurement management and inventory management,and five business process processes,namely maintenance process of procurement information records,maintenance processes of master data of material,management process of procurement plan application,management process of purchase receipt and inventory counting process are detailedly described.Interface integration design is described by using the procurement platform interface and quality inspection system interface as examples.In the development and implementation phase,development requirements for interfaces are carried out,data collection and preparation work are performed,as well as system configuration work.Finally,the system is fully tested.The implementation of the MM module realizes the real-time updating of ERP data information such as master data,warehouse management,and procurement management,and at the same time,according to the individual requirements of the enterprise,data and business integration of manufacturing execution system,quality inspection system,OA system and procurement platform are carried out through customized development and enhancement,which have achieved the unify of data flow and business flow.The ultimate goal of standardizing procurement master data maintenance procedures,optimizing procurement management operations,and improving material management efficiency that are integrated with the company's headquarters has been accomplished.At present,the project has been successfully put on the line,the business process is normally operating after the system switching,the standard reports and customized development reports of procurement and warehousing are all issued normally,and the managers can use the real-time data in the system to track,monitor,analyze all purchase-sale-stock indexes.The successful implementation of this project provides KSM Qinhuangdao with an important information guarantee of producing high-quality,high-volume automotive parts and components.The research and analysis of this paper have important significance implications for the processing of KSM individual business and the design of characteristic solution.
