Design And Realization Of Procurement Material System Based On Material Classification Under Multi - Organization

The concept of supply chain management made the cooperation between companies become more and more important in the world wide competition, and drove the competition into the supply chain management filed. Recently, the research on the supply chain based purchasing management system was a popular topic in the industrial application filed, the successful research and application of such kind of system in diferent sub-industrial area has already brought some siginificant benefits. However, the research on the supply chain based purchasing management system was not well developed yet. There were still a lot of space to improve.As one of the basical and important sub-systems, the purchasing materials management system based on the material classification system under the multi-organizational structure was the fundamental support of the entire procurement process. By analyzing the material classification system, this paper provided a comprehensive set of code management system to the enterprise management, procurement, on-site staff. Furthermore, a special materials management plat is developed to reduce their workload and made the enterprise procurement management more precious, automatic, integrated, and collaborative.The main work of this paper was as follows:First, the status and problems of the research on the supply chain based purchasing management system in enterprises were analyzed, followed by the indorduction of the necessary and important of the research on the purchasing materials management system based on the material classification system under the multi-organizational structure. The relevant theories about the material classification system was introduced. Then the materials management requirements, system roles requirements, system functional requirements and system non-funcitonal requirements were analyzed.The purchasing materials management system was detailed from the functional modules design, indivisual module process analysis and database design., Several key design techniques of the purchasing materials management system were described in detail. The purchasing materials management prototype system which had been achieved in this project was introduced. An implication example of the prototype system was given as well as the results analysis.Finally, the whole research in this thesis and prospects for future research work were summarized.
