The Design And Implementation Of Integrated Management System For Project Investment And Material Procurement Of Tobacco Workers' Training

With the continuous expansion of the scale of the tobacco industry college,as well as the increasing number of projects in the college,the original project investment and material procurement management approach has been unable to meet the current needs.Tobacco Workers College intends to use electronic computer technology to reform the engineering investment and material procurement management of the college to realize the electronic information management,so as to improve the current management mode and improve the management efficiency of project investment and material procurement.In this case,Tobacco Workers College began to design and develop the institute of engineering investment and materials procurement integrated management system.The system uses the object-oriented advanced programming language-Java language.It is more convenient to use the Java language to develop,and the Java language is relatively more compatible.For the development of the system structure,we use client/browser B/S architecture,which are more conducive to the late transplantation and maintenance of the system.The entire design pattern of tobacco staff training institute project investment and materials purchasing management system uses the MVC design model,that is the Model-View-Controllor design pattern.In the system development process,it used Spring-Struts-Hibernate framework which is very convenient for the user and the system database interaction.For the system of the database,we used the lightweight MySql database,because the system design data is relatively small,and we used the JDBC statement to connect the database and the system.The main function of the project investment management and material procurement management system is the two major functions of project investment management and material procurement management,each of which includes many sub-functions.(Including the approval of the tender notice,the approval of the tender documents,negotiation,and inquiry documents approval),contract management,small material procurement,project acceptance management,supply(service)business management,experts and agents Institutional library management,three works,open service and other functions.Tobacco staff training institute project investment and material procurement management system is mainly to provide relatively fast and convenient operations for the tobacco workers training school investment and material procurement.The development and use of the system will greatly improve the efficiency of college workers and related procurement work management progress.For the relevant staff,the system simplifies the tobacco workers training college work tasks,speeds up the school management work,and makes a great help for the college-related management work.
