| China has entered a new period of all-sided opening-up.With the improvement of comprehensive strength,rise of participation in international organizations and influence of China,the world is increasingly focused on China,coming up with some unintentional misreading and intentional misinterpretation of this country because of differences between social systems and ideologies.Facing the complex and unfriendly situation of international public opinion,it is of vital importance for China to think about how to express itself to the world,and to guide the international community to look at itself from a general and objective perspective.Nowadays,with the marked tendency of multipolarity and economic globalization,the world including states and various international organizations is facing the reconstruction of order.On this critical node of international opinion development,the role of external communications will be bigger and more pronounced.After the 18th national congress of the communist party of China,the work of news construction has been risen to the national strategic level.With the slogan of improving the construction of external communication capacity and increasing the voice of our country in this field,the leading group of the central committee of the CPC has emphasized numerous times the fact that strengthening the work of organizing public opinion is very important to create a stable external environment for China's modernization construction.In the year 2016,the strategy of improving the construction of external communication capacity was formally written into the Outline of the thirteenth-year plan for national economy and social development in People's Republic of China.With another strategy of building a solid team of telling China's story was included in the major national cultural projects,dual breakthroughs on theory and practice are coming into reality.Under the circumstance of economic globalization deepens and international environment increasingly complicates,grasping the rule of external communication can play a different but also significant role comparing with political and military force.In this sense,the study of external communication has been an investigative emphasis and hot spot.Chinese News Award is the highest prize of national excellent news works approved by the central standing,it has strict selection standards,the woks selected with rich language expressions,varied choice on angles and in line with the official mainstream.The selection results have been widely accepted by the academic circles and society in general,offered typical models for Chinese external communication theory and practice.Research on award-winning works focused more on a session or a single analysis.This essay will be based on frame theory and integrates studies of reports on external communication.Taking some typical award-winning works of Chinese journalism awards on external communication,this essay will conduct analysis from the following three aspects:discourse,agenda and value. |
