| The mobile service of the library has been developed for a long time,and its expressive form from the original automobile library for now provides the mobile service through the form of APP.What reflects behind this is the transformation of the library of the concept of "content as king" to the idea of "service first".The advantage of APP service is that it can serve readers quickly and flexibly.It can introduce readers to the wider content space of the library through mobile technology and promote the extension of library service.This service model is in line with the development trend of technology and is a good opportunity to promote the transformation of the library.However,there is no universal standard on how to evaluate the APP service quality of libraries.It is imperative to identify the influencing factors of APP service quality of a mobile library and design a set of evaluation indexes that fit the characteristics of APP service.This paper reviews and summarizes the evaluation methods of library service quality in the past,combines the new characteristics of APP service,modifies and adjusts it on the basis of LibQUAL+?,and puts forward a set of evaluation scheme suitable for traveling library APP.This paper first reviews and summarizes the previous evaluation methods for the quality of library services,and combines the new features of APP services,modifies and adjusts on the basis of LibQUAL+?,and puts forward a set of evaluation schemes which are specially suitable for mobile library APP,and puts forward three factors affecting the quality of APP service in Mobile Library: "Information Resources"," Equipment and Technology,"Online Customer Service".Then select a representative library APP "learning through" as the research object,through the questionnaire survey,data analysis,reliability and validity testing and other ways to verify the three levels of the factors and the quality of APP service is positively related.After verifying the reliability of the evaluation index proposed in this paper,it was substituted for the other two APP to evaluate its effectiveness.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of APP service in mobile library are summed up,and the above problems are summarized,and the existing shortcomings of the mobile library APP,the areas to be improved and the concrete solutions to improve the service quality are put forward.Through analysis and research,in this paper,we hope to provide reference for the development and optimization of mobile library APP. |
