With the prosperity of the economy and the development of society,people's car ownership has skyrocketed.In recent years,vehicles have become ubiquitous in every household.But this has also led to a shortage of parking Spaces and difficulty finding parking Spaces,which have also led to growing congestion.People are gradually choosing to expand their search to find parking Spaces under the circumstances which leads to a decline in the success rate of finding a parking space,resulting in a series of chain reactions.The increase of automobile exhaust emissions not only causes the environmental burden,but also hinders the economic development.In 2015,the Internet + action plan proposed a new mode of production combining economic technology with manufacturing,and a new economic pattern emerged.This new industrial ecology integrating information technology,Internet and traditional industries will become the mainstream of future industrial forms.The new era will be the time when everyone is dedicated to creativity and innovation.Under the circumstance of new economic situation,and in order to solve this difficult problem,in this paper,we designed a time-sharing Shared parking system that combined with modern science and technology to help people to alleviate the pressure on the road of finding a parking lot,and to save time,under the circumstance of new economic situation,and in order to solve this difficult problem,in this paper,we designed a time-sharing Shared parking system that combined with modern science and technology to help people to alleviate the pressure on the road of finding a parking lot,and to save time.This paper also offered a chance for the space owner to make a profit,as a proposal,by sharing the private parking spaces to others.we also find a solution for Indoor and Outdoor Fixed-point Searching Spots,which provides an effective way to relieve the parking problem.Time-sharing Shared parking system based on Internet + is composed of two parts of hardware and software.The software part is based on three modules,the Android mobile terminal,the background server Nginx and Tomcat,and background management system.The hardware part is the parking lock containing STM32 controller based on Cortex-M3 kernel.The system uses the official professional development tool Android Studio as the Android client terminal development platform,combined with the Baidu map SDK called to complete the development of the terminal.The server backstage selected Spring+Mybatis to set up the database access framework;the parking lock part adopts the STM32 controller and the SIM8000C acts as the communication module,and uses the GPRS communication method to interact with the background.In general,the system has followed the latest,most cutting-edge,most corresponding to the trend of science and technology requirements of the times,in the entire design process of the system,the system strives to target the perfection of functionality as much as possible.And at the end,we made reflections and summaries of the inadequacies of the functions.
