With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s incomes rise and car costs reduced,the number of private cars keeps growing rapidly,there is a lot of cars entered many families every year.These cars caused the urban traffic congestion and travel difficult,on the other hand,As the construction of the parking lot in the city is not as fast as the growth of the car,so the phenomenon of parking in the city is becoming increasingly difficult.The traditional parking management system has many problems,artificial charges,queuing for a long time,hard to find parking space,unsafe,can not meet the current parking needs,so we need to use new technologies to develop a more intelligent,informative and convenient parking management system.With the popularization of smart phones and Internet of Things technology,this paper presents a design of self-service charge parking control system based on Android and Internet of Things.Self-service parking control system designed a mobile internet parking lock,the parking lock access to the Internet,Through the mobile client App control the mobile internet parking lock directly,complete the self-parking process and mobile payment costs.The system consists of for parts:parking lock controller,parking lot coordinator,Android client App and system server.parking lock controller use STM32RTC6 as the master MCU,using the HC-SR04 ultrasonic module to detect whether there is a vehicle on the parking space,combining the median median filter and the finite state locomotive detection algorithm to improve the accuracy and reliability of the detect;Through the mobile App to send control commands to drive the stepper motor,control the parking lock rise and fall,build ZigBee wireless network based on CC2530 chip;The parking coordinator implements the formation and maintenance of the bottom ZigBee network,through the SIM900A module connect the system center server,implement command interaction and data communication based on GPRS,when the user left the parking space,send GSM SMS to the user’s mobile phone.Android phone client App includes user registration,login,personal information management and other functions.using the AutoNavi’s map SDK,implement the location of the map,search function,user can view the parking space and parking spaces in real time,to achieve efficient parking guide;Through the App online complete the appointment and self-use of parking spaces,App also has parking time,mobile payment parking fees,etc.The system center server includes the communication server and the data server,mainly implements the information exchange between the Android client and the parking lot coordinator,and store parking data,user data,parking history and so on.Finally,verify the function of each module of the system,joint test the entire system,to achieve the parking guide,self parking,parking time,mobile payment parking fees and leave message reminder,etc,the system has the advantages of intelligent,convenient,efficient and secure.
