At present,in the process of rapid urbanization in China,the rapid increase in the number of urban cars and the hard-to-find conflict in urban parking spaces have increased.This has increased urban traffic congestion and triggered more urban syndromes.With the development of the “Internet +” thinking,especially in the development of smart cities,the resource allocation ratio can be further optimized.At the same time,the “Internet +” model is a new trend in the current development of the Internet.It gives the social and economic entities vitality and motivation.The rapid development of social and economic entities has provided a broad platform for reform,development and innovation.The paper investigates and analyzes the development history and policy changes of the parking market and the current status of urban parking space resources,parking,and actual application requirements in the case of Beijing.The “Intelligent Internet” urban smart parking model was studied,and a parking based on peak shifting was proposed.The method of sharing parking spaces is a solution to the urban problem of urban parking difficulties,and it is concluded that adopting smart parking is one of the best ways to break the difficulties of traditional parking and driving difficulties.The smart parking model proposed in this paper is composed of mobile phone client APP,background server,entrance and exit controllers,and intelligent parking lock.It uses the “Internet+” and mobile payment technology methods to collect parking information at different locations in the city.Realize the real-time updating of parking space resources,inquiries,reservations,sharing at the wrong time,and parking route navigation to optimize the purpose of parking.The model process not only improves the work efficiency of parking lot collection personnel,increases the ability to provide data to the induction platform,but also grasps the parking data and real-time charging statistics of the parking lot in real time to facilitate the supervision of the work of the charging staff;and the user can move through the mobile The bridge built on the Internet enables the sharing of resources under the offline parking lot,which will increase the utilization rate of existing parking lots and user convenience.Based on the problem of parking difficulties encountered in current cities and the low efficiency of traditional parking lots,this topic proposes a solution based on “Internet +” to solve the problem of urban parking difficulties.It mainly elaborates the composition and implementation of a scheme based on “ Internet +” parking.Principles,and compared with the traditional way,finally reached the reliability and advancement of the Internet parking program.
