The number of vehicle has a rapid growth with the development of economy and road traffic in our country. The questions of parking lot have drawn more attention. The problems of the management and scheduling of vehicles are severity especial in large enterprises.Each person with driving experience may have encountered such situation when you have parked, you found that there are nearer parking spaces to the export are empty; on the other hand you driving around the export when you want to find a parking place which nearer to the exports, but can't find a free parking place, have to parked in a far place. In both cases, you have to spend more time and effort to find a free parking place. The method you can find the best parking place when you enter the parking lot is introduced in this paper.Parking places scheduling algorithm are studied in this paper based on the current status and problems of our companies'parking lot. In order to improve the level of the vehicle scheduling management, we develop a system which can be used in the vehicle scheduling and management after study.From the point of human view, park your car at the parking spaces which near the footway entrances and exits are more convenient, of course, the parking spaces which near the footway entrances and exits should be used frequently rather than the parking spaces which near the vehicle entrance. Therefore, not only the more appropriate parking spaces should be provided to managers and drivers but also the messages which those parking peaces are vacated should be provided to managers and drivers. These are my original intention to develop this system, and are the main tasks of this paper at the same time.This subject belongs to the sort of project. The needs of users, project feasibility, economic and other factors are considered fully from the each phase, such as initiate, design and implement of the project. The realization's stages of the entire system include needs analysis, outline design, detailed design, application systems development and debugging. This system can distribute intelligently the parking spaces to achieve; the expected goals are reached and have been praised by the leaders and staff in our unit after running more than six months.
