With the explosive growth of the Electronic Business,the sorting task of the warehouse is becoming larger and larger.Sorting management is also more and more difficult At the same time,With the increase in per capita income,labor costs have increased significantly,the traditionalhuge-crowdmodel can't meet the existing business cost control requirements of enterprises.It has become an urgent problem the Electronic Business platform need to be solved how to improve the efficiency of warehousing goods sorting operation.According to the sorting method,it can be divided into manual and automatic sorting.Although some manual sorting adopts the conveyor equipment,sorting operation is still done by hand,and the cost of sorting is higher.With the rapid increase of online shopping,the traditional manual sorting method has the lower efficiency and higher cost in the logistics as well as the lower accuracy of the sorting,which results in low efficiency for Electronic Business warehousing logistics company.Based on the whole life cycle management process of warehouse materials,this paper realizes the warehouse sorting system with warehousing management,inventory management,logistics sorting and sorting monitoring and warning as the core,and realizes the orderly operation of logistics sorting business.The system constructs a logistics sorting line by sorting equipment,which realizes the intelligent identification and intelligent sorting of goods,and realizes the monitoring of the entire logistics sorting process.It can find out and warnthe problems in the process of logistics sortingearly,and remind the sorting clerk to deal with the sorting emergencies timely,and ensure the smooth and accurate logistics sorting.In the paper,a comprehensive comparative analysis is conduct on the current intelligent sorting system for e-commerce warehouse firstly,both home and abroad through multiple case studies.Through the multi-layer analysis from different perspectives,the author then provides a prediction on the trending and future direction on intelligent sorting system.The analysis serves as a good foundation for the system design and development.On this basis,the demands of the intelligent sorting system for e-commerce warehouse are analyzed from two aspects: the functional requirements analysis and the non functional requirements analysis.Then,the system logic architecture,network topology architecture,function modules architecture and the database are designed.In this paper,the logistics sorting line of warehouse is designed,and thehardware of the logistics sorting system is designed,and the integration of logistics sorting equipment and software is discussed.In this paper,the detailed design and implementation of Warehouse information management,sorting management,logistics sorting management,sorting,monitoring,early warning and system management have been completed.At last,the system is strictly tested,and the test environment,test plan and test results are offered.After testing,the intelligent sorting system for e-commerce warehouse is proved to be stable and correct in the course of operation and has achieved the purpose of the system development.At present,the intelligent sorting system for e-commerce warehouse has been put into the actual logistics sorting business.Through the intelligent sorting system,the sorting crew can monitor the item status and the cargo sorting process through the man-machine interaction interface.According to the destination information of the goods,the goods is automatically sorted to the corresponding grid by the sorting equipment,which achieve the sorting purposes of high efficiency and accuracy rate.The intelligent sorting system can improve the efficiency of warehousing and delivery of goods,save labor,improve the accuracy and rapidity of segmentation,shorten the hours of separation and improve the service quality of enterprises,which greatly improve the efficiency of the logistics sorting business,and is also convenient for sorter.So,it achieves the purpose of system development.
