With the continuous development of digitization and automation in China's tobacco sales and logistics,intelligentize and informatization of tobacco logistics is paid more attention to.Finished tobacco automatic sorting system is an important component of the tobacco distribution sales center and also an important part of tobacco logistics.The system aims of sorting and packing automatically according to demands and types of cigarettes of customers' orders.In this paper,pallets cigarettes supply optimization and pieces cigarettes sorting control algorithm in the automatic sorting system are studied.Automatic sorting cigarette control algorithm based on "virtual queue containers" is presented in this paper.This is a kind of open-loop control mode without position detecting and feedback.Most of position sensor such as photoelectric switches can be removed;It's a simple math algorithm and has no complex calculation,and facilitates industrial PLC controlling.A LabVIEW simulation platform of tobacco automatic sorting system has been designed which can simulate the automatic sorting process according to customers' orders.To solve the frequent start and stop breathing of electric motors,two advanced algorithms are proposed.Optimization problem of pallets cigarettes supplying is also presented in this paper.Starting with supply lines exits bottlenecks, demand signals time distribution impact on supply lines and the relationship of customer orders sequence and demand signals time distribution is analyzed.Then supply optimization models and method based on Simulated Annealing Algorithm are raised.The correctness and validity of these optimization models and method are verified through Matlab simulation.
