With the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the domestic refrigerated products market is growing vigorously,and cold chain logistics is also rising.In addition to the development of the market itself,the government has also taken a series of measures to promote the development of the cold chain industry.Including tax policy,high environmental protection fees for perishable food waste caused by non-low temperature,etc.,one by one to promote the development of the cold chain industry.With the support of market development and government,more and more cold-chain enterprises are coming into being.Unlike ordinary logistics,the cold chain emphasizes timeliness,so each link of the cold chain has higher requirements for time.In the logistics sector,transportation,warehousing and sorting account for 50% of the loss of fresh agricultural products.Among them,the sorting of orders takes about 30%-40% of the time,and the corresponding operating costs account for 50%-75% of the total cost.Therefore,picking operation is an important factor affecting the efficiency of the whole operation,and it is also an optimum link in the whole operation process.This paper chooses the first W enterprise with multi-layer modern cold storage as the research background and based on its cold storage renovation and optimization project,explores the existing sorting efficiency and the consequent warehouse layout problems in its automatic sorting.Firstly,this paper analyses the layout of W company's refrigerated warehouse and the implementation of sorting orders.By comparing with sorting efficiency that needs to be achieved theoretically,the main problems and bottlenecks of efficiency are locked in.Then consider the improvement of warehouse layout,including the change of shelf layout,the increase of conveyor belt and the increase of buffer area.Emphasis is laid on the imbalance of sorting order out of warehouse,and an order picking model with compressible order flow is established.Based on the original model,the time needed for sorting to cache area is increased by combining the actual situation of W enterprise automatic sorting warehouse.Finally,FlexSim software is used to simulate the layout design of warehouse and the simulation model of the optimization scheme.The simulation model verifies the validity of the algorithm.The efficiency of the conveyor belt under different conveyor belt speeds is also simulated,and the adjusting space of the conveyor belt speed is given.
