With the rapid development in domestic and international transportation and logistics industry, the market for goods sorting efficiency and accuracy of the increasingly high demand. And our country at present most of the logistics sorting center still use of manual sorting cargo operation, in order to improve the sorting efficiency and accuracy. In this paper, the design of the intelligent control system of logistics sorting line, the center is design based on bar code information to identify the logistics automatic recognition sorting system can be to sorting line objects for fast automatic recognition, in order to ensure the correctness of automatic sorting and improve the sorting efficiency, safeguard the interests of the enterprise and the customer. The bar code data record identification as the research object, design of the bar code identification system, logistics information management system, cargo condition monitoring system and sorting system of logistics using bar code recognition software and software development platform to complete the function of the system design and function module.First, the composition of the system module, working principle and detailed system design. The system hardware mainly includes the bar code scanner, the bar code decoder, the communication module, the PLC programmable controller and the industrial control computer and so on. The design of bar code system and automatic sorting system is introduced in detail. Then, the bar code identification system and the realization of automatic sorting line are realized by using the configuration software. According to the bar code scanner to detect the barcode area of the bar code in the area of the bar code to determine whether the profile of the goods into the detection area, read the bar code for information to read and record. To error identification problem solving the bar code on the point of the goods is stuck on the surface of the problem or scanner, relates to the system of the core matching algorithm, to calculate the rotation angle of the bar code image using Hough transform, again according to the four vertices of the image of the duality transformation and rotation formula to get the bar code image coordinate rotation did not occur, bar code images are corrected, meet the requirements of the scanning to identify system. In the template matching, not only describes the implementation process of the algorithm, but also studies the method of using the scanner to calibrate the bar code. Further optimization of the algorithm, in order to ensure the recognition accuracy of the system to improve the sorting efficiency of the system. Through the information identification system can carry on the entire monitoring to the cargo transportation flow, to the goods transportation process produces the data to carry on the statistical analysis. Through the design of the sorting mechanism of the electromagnetic steering device, is the logistics sorting action can be quickly and smoothly, through the configuration simulation experiment shows that the system has a certain application value.
