The bar code data record identification as the research object, design of the bar code identification system, logistics information management system, cargo condition monitoring system and sorting system of logistics using bar code recognition software and software development platform to complete the function of the system design and function module.First, the composition of the system module, working principle and detailed system design. The system hardware mainly includes the bar code scanner, the bar code decoder, the communication module, the PLC programmable controller and the industrial control computer and so on. The design of bar code system and automatic sorting system is introduced in detail.
