The network-shopping is rise with the popularity of the Internet, and become a new wayof shopping. In recent years, the "bachelor day" network promotion has spurred the resident’sconsumption desire and kept up the pockets of merchant. However, Express industry’s onlinebusiness which produced by the network shopping is poor in capacity. When it is in shoppingboom period, there are frequent blowing-ups and wrong-parcel. These problems have led tothe "express unhappiness"and made the development of express industry to stopping. In orderto solve the problem of "express unhappiness", we need to develop the automatic sortingcontrol system which can instead of the backward manual sorting way. Therefore, the controlsystem of automatic sorting logistics package become the focus of our attention.The logistics parcel sorting machine control system designed by this paper is based onARM. It has implemented the function of automatic sorting packages, real-time displayinformation and real-time monitoring. The control system has the advantage of low cost andhigh efficiency. The main content of the design:Set-up hardware platform. The scheme designs the hardware circuit between the variousmodules and the host controller. The bar code scanner accurately collects the parcel bar codethat is running on a conveyor belt, The host controller receives the information and order theblock device to push package into its corresponding sorting way. Finally, it completes thefunction of the automatic sorting packages; At the same time, the host controller control theLCD liquid crystal display to real-time display the information which the bar code implied;The OV7670camera is used to real-time record the situation of sorting, and to transfer thedata of video image to the computer, it achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring. Build software operating environment. To support the normal operation of each moduleof hardware, we must write driver code of each part in building embedded Linux operatingenvironment. First, write the program of bar-code scanning, which can realize the function ofcollecting bar code information on the bar code scanner. Second, write the program of LCDliquid crystal display, which can realize the function of real-time display information. Finally,write the program of camera which has collected image data, use the QT and OpenCV todesign human-computer interaction interface which has displayed video image, it is used torealize the function of real-time monitoring.After the test, this control system of sorting has basic to achieve the requirements ofdesign.
