The quality of logistics services has a great impact on the teaching and living conditions in universities.The present logistics services platform has flaws in sharing data and is an isolated information island.Additionally,its function and efficiency are not ideal.The thesis is to design and implement a complex logistics services platform(CLSP)integrated with the functions as basic information maintenance,information management,information inquiry,information statistics and management of users.Managers can instantly learn about the process of services,service satisfaction,and the timeline of services.The original single management pattern can be optimized into a whole process of services management.Logistics group aims at the standardized and scientific management of logistics services including the running conditions,the running process and the security of operation.Improving the efficiency of the staff is also its concern.Based on the investigation of the running procedures of logistics services and their real operation,the complex logistics services platform has been designed and implemented using Model2 framework of MVC and the technique of JSP+Servlet+Java Bean.The thesis expounds some related techniques and theories and systematically analyzes the overall needs of logistics services platform in several dimensions including basic information maintenance,information management,information inquiry,information statistics,and management of users.Simultaneously the business needs and some non-functional requirements of the platform are analyzed as well.Based on the above needs analysis of the platform,the thesis proposes a systematic architecture and a functional architecture.According to the operation and data requirements of the platform,the logic design of the platform database has been completed.And then,the platform has been implemented for all.Finally,the designed and implemented core functional mode has been tested in unit using black-box testing,and the complete platform has been tested for its performance.Due to the time constraints,the present platform is still imperfect in some way.Further optimization and improvement can be done as follows:1)Users' interface: it is too plain.Users' frequent operation and habits are not studied.The second filtering of the request results needs improving.2)Mode functions: Maintenance distribution has to be manually operated.Automatic recognition and distribution of the requested maintenance cannot be implemented yet.With the overall design of the logistics services platform and its implementation,the thesis proves that the platform can improve the efficiency of logistics services effectively after the function test and performance test.
