With the rapid development of domestic economy and technology, ours living standards is continuously increasing, and people’s demand for cars is rapidly growing. As a result, the number of automobile dealers across the country has been explosively grown, which indirectly promotes the development of vehicle logistics industry. Vehicle logistics monitoring system is the information hub for vehicle logistics industry and plays a key role in providing effective monitoring for related businesses. Vehicle logistics monitoring system not only standardized logistics transportation provider’s behavior, but also lowered the manufacturer’s production costs and improved efficiency. It has achieved win-win results. At the same time, the development of mobile terminal enables is booming, and the smart mobile client has played an increasingly important role in people’s daily lives. Applications based on mobile terminal and location services have been constantly promoted.This study is based on a vehicle logistics management system of domestic automobile manufacturers as the background. After analyzing the defects, shortcomings and other issues of the system in detail, this paper designed a new system to meet the actual demands, and then tested the system to verify the feasibility of the solution proposed in this paper. The main work of this study is as follows:1) Aimed at the problem of which vehicle logistics monitoring system is lacking of efficient ways to realize real-time monitoring, this paper proposed real-time tracking of logistics in road vehicles and display, and trigger warning signal once something abnormal take place, such as departure reserved running route and over-speed driving. And also orders can be bounded to traffic information for monitoring.2) In order to improve service satisfaction of vehicle logistics monitoring system, the paper provides in-transit vehicle logistics information services, including traffic information, active push service information, as well as mobile client monitoring alarm message alerts, mobile client based on the current position dealer location and provide real-time path planning, motion clients in transit check distributor position and high-speed service area services.3) To make sure that transport vehicle logistics can arrived to dealers timely and safely, the system also designed dynamic route optimization module, providing a way to remind the driver to check the optimal route. And monitoring platform is able to view the optimization results.
