With modern pace of life accelerated, conglomerates of logistics management put forward higher requirements. Traditional logistics management manually appears many problems, already can not provide a solid foundation for the Enterprise Development Group. In order to better serve the rapid development of the Group companies, for their employees to provide a better working environment for the Group companies to reduce material and labor investment, business groups demand a comprehensive and integrated logistics services platform.Integrated services platform for group companies consider more popular nowadays considering the actual situation of development technology and conglomerate logistics management. By the comprehensive analysis, technical architecture was finally adopted as:B/S structure to SSH framework as the basis of the MVC pattern architecture, using JAVA language in the development process. System is divided into four layers, namely, Web layer, the service layer, DAO layer and the physical layer. Struts is responsible for the Web layer, the service layer is responsible for the Spring, DAO layer, depending on the module needs to be the appropriate action, and the preparation of DAO interface. Database systems use the popular SQL Server 2014 database.The platform has achieved the main function modules include:logistics information dissemination and management, office supplies management, meeting application service, application service and comprehensive vehicle repair services five modules. Where logistics information dissemination and management business to achieve the announcement notification management, informed of the announcement and news management sub-function; office supplies office supplies business achieved a major library settings, office supplies information management, personal registration office supplies, office supplies department approval, office Supplies registration management and office supplies distributed management modules; application services meeting the main achievement of the conference room settings, conference applications, meeting management and conference room facilities managed four basic sub-functions; application services business achieved a major vehicle vehicle information management, vehicles and vehicles using the application for approval of three sub-modules management; comprehensive repair services primarily to achieve sub-functions include repair and maintenance scheduling application for the registration of functional modules.The platform has putted into use, Not only for the group enterprise employees work and life of a good environment, and effectively improve the logistics service level and efficiency of logistics management, in large part to the timely follow up the progress of development of the Group companies, and savings for the Group companies the cost of material and labor expenses, Currently running stable.
