The core of enterprise data warehouse is data, its management determines the building of basic data platform and the support of business and application. In this text, data governance to meet the information needs of the enterprise, enhance the level of information services, the development of relevant processes, policies, standards, and related technical means used to ensure information availability, accessibility, quality, consistency and security.Data governance is a cross-system, cross-sectoral, long-term, progressive work.From the perspective of enterprise-class, and by combining data warehousing and analytic applications building needs, this article focus on data quality checklist design.Based on data quality, management practices and other aspects, the article develops the appropriate data quality checklist programs.Before outline stage in the program, the article has preliminarily determined the scope and plane of the project and, on this basis, by designing the application of program, program implementation strategy will be further implemented, as the basis for future step by step. According to preliminary data source research and business research results, the design of a logical model for combining the actual situation of the customer client, the formation of enterprise data model, including business demand model, business data models, enterprise data model, data mart model and can meet the needs of the project.This paper presents data extraction, cleaning, loading and transformation strategy and design ε rational, comprehensive, robust ETL system, which lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of data platform. This article also design on the front-end application, including architecture design, functional design. Front-end applications, including platforms and applications, the platform for generic front-end display platform and common MIS platforms, applications for operational analysis system and financial analysis system.By implementing the Group BI system of this project, to build conglomerates basic data platform, control reporting platform, application analysis platform designed to meet the Group’s operating strategy technology platform, to build mature BI system data model, lay foundation for decision and analysis system of the Group’s operating.The main contributions of this thesis are listed as following:1. Build a unified scalable data warehouse architecture This paper uses structured modeling technology to build a stable, scalable platform, which can unified management and use the data in data warehousing. The use of metadata management and ETL technology can get preparation for the use of the data.2. Build a comprehensive analysis application platformThe system is supported by the data warehouse platform. We implement the front-end reports display technology, graphics display technology, multidimensional analysis technology, data mining technology, management cockpit technology and other technology-based analytical applications to build a comprehensive application analysis platform.3.Through this research study,we can make the enterprise data resources that have greater progress.At same time, we can help business managers understand the business situation and found that construction of strengths or weaknesses.Besides, it puts forward the optimized proposal and provides real basis for enterprises to formulate relevant policies and planning. It is of great value evaluation,development strategy and the adjustment of Industrial development to the enterprise.
