Design And Implementation Of Learning Resources Library System Based On CELTS

In recent years,with the development of information technology,especially the development of the internet,digital learning resources based on information technology are very rich in both quantity and form.It has been over a decade since we carry out large-scale online education degree at home in the early 21 century.The resources of Digital learning resources network are very large in number and content which cause problems in management,revision and update.And another problem is the exchange of resource.The main technical basis to solve the two problems mentioned above is the standard construction of learning resources.Digital resources can be truly sharing and distribution only on the basis of technical standards to carry out the construction and management of resources.CELTS is a unified technical standard for education resource sharing,information exchange and system interoperability.The digital learning resource management system constructed in this paper is based on the standard of CELTS,and is developed based on the standard according to the detail needs analysis.The system not only can construct and manage the resources,integrate the resources according to the standard,but also can derive the resources when needed to achieve the teaching process or the realization of learning resource exchange.This paper analyses the needs of the system detail with the thought of software engineering.The managements of metadata,material,resource pack and users are designed and realized by the use of use-case analysis?behavior analysis and flow chart of traditional.The system realizes the standardization management of basic material of digital learning resources and the functions support the resources package in actual teaching online according to the learning object metadata and content packaging two standards of CELTS.In the development phase of implementation,the system selects JAVA,an object-oriented programming language with excellent characteristics for future expansion for the system.On the operating system platform and architecture,this paper choses the widely used and mature B/S to develop programs to Tomcat as the application server,build a JSP front-end systems,with open-source MySQL database.Finally,the system functions were tested,and the results show that the system has achieved the expected purpose of development.
