With the development of information technology, the tide of digitized education spread the whole world, so that almost every country in the world further focus on digitized education. The construction of digitized educational resources is the key and the core mission of digitized education. The resources of digitized education, as a foundation of digitized education, can offer the resource services for other educational system. At present, the construction of our digitized education resource faces principal problems: repetitive resource constructions and low degree of resource sharing. So designing and fulfilling a service system about digital educational resources can not only organize effectively and manage generous、heterogeneous educational resources so as to share resources, but also provide the necessary connector of resource services for other educating and learning systems.In terms of the crucial problems in constructing systems, my paper makes a profound study with stating designing processes of systems and solutions to problems in detail on which achieving major functions of systems is based by analyzing the actual demand of service system on digital educational resources. The main responsibilities of my paper include three aspects as follows.First of all, it makes sure that the construction of digitized educational resources is the top priority of launching digital education in our country. By analyzing that our current construction of digital educational resources has problems involving the inconsistency of resource codes、disordered organization and management、a number of repetitive constructions、the low-leveled sharing. According to the current situation at home and abroad, my paper also puts forth the designing aims and function demands of service systems of digital educational resources.Then, referring to the existed, important standards of resource construction such as the norm-SCORM, the information model-LOM, my essay proposes systematic detailed designing solutions. And concerning the key problems of resource organization、resource sharing、resource storing as well as resource service interface, It presents concrete solutions. System uses improved sorting code number to organize resources, offers interfaces that generate and resolve Standard format XML file for resource sharing and exchange, and utilizes FTP technique to realize resource transparent storage.Finally, in accordance with the designing project of the system, making use of JSF、Spring、Hibernate and other framework techniques fulfills the main functions of the system.The system, regarded as the PanGu Presentation, PGP for short which has succeeded in the resource service platform and is developed by National Research Center for Digital Learning Engineering Technology. The practice proves that the service system of digitized educational resources can better organize、manage resources, and solute the resources of heterogeneity, sharing as well.
