The Research And Its Implementation For Content Packaging System Based On CELTS Metadata And For Courseware Making System

In recent years,with the rapid development of Computer technology and network technology, the Internet fills with varied education resources.But for lacking of uniform standard and specification in resources construction,which make people incompetent to search what they need quickly and effective among all profuse resources online.It is very important significance on the reuse and share of educational resources to develop Distance Education, strengthen the degree of standardization of educational resources development.At present,the consummate CELTS Standard system has made great effect on the standardization of Chinese educational resources,while as for the reason of language independence,Mongolian aspect is still on its initial stage.Our article has designed and realized the corresponding CELTS standard system in the aspect of studying Object Metadata and Content Packaging, for describing studying object, appointed on the basis of the corresponding standards, we have designed and relized a corresponding system of educational resources we have descript, which is used for making courseware.Firstly, based on CELTS-4.1Banding XML Technology Based On Rule and with the use of XML technology, we have added metadata to the needed educational resources and formed a well-formed XML document, which is a learning object information that meets the searching condition.Secondly,based on CELTS-9.1Content Packing Rules,we have packaged the content of files into standard data struct which can be used for exchanging learning content. It is made of a file that is use for describing metadata,a list file and the real files of educational resources of all subdirectories which have been cited by the file.Finally, we make the courseware with the physical file from those Content Packages.Courseware Made System is a file that is used for integrating educational resources like text, picture, sound file and so on into one web page with Online editing, for example, a physical courseware, in order to reuse the educational resources and increase the rate of shared.
