Design And Implementation Of Learning Resources Standardization Service System

The development, management and use of learning resources are the core issues in the field of network education. Whether there is rich learning resources will directly affect the quality of network education, therefore, to strengthen the building of resources has become an important problem. At current, for the lack of effective communication between the vast majority of learning resources and application systems, the educational information system has emerged as "information isolated island" and there is lack of resources sharing, not to mention resources reuse and exchange. Then the phenomenon of low, fragmented and repeated development is unavoidable which causes a waste of resources. What's more, most of learning resources does not meet the relevant national standards and norms, nor abide by the relevant international norms, which seriously hampered the efficient use of resources.To resolve the issues mentioned above, the thesis proposes the Learning Resources Standardization and Service System on the base of distance education platform construction achievements at home and aboard ,and discussed the overall framework, the realization of standardizing procedure in detail in order to integrate existing learning resources, improve the service quality of resources and improve utilization of shared resources.First of all, the thesis introduces theory model of the service system, analyzes Learning Object Metadata (CELTS-3) and Content Package (CELTS-9) as well as its information model and the core set, meanwhile, it proposes the idea of learning resources standardized models and XML banding. Secondly, the paper researches system architecture and technical characteristics respectively, and use distributed J2EE platform combined with web services technology. At last, the thesis details the system architecture and technical characteristics of the subsystems, designs distributed framework for this Standard Learning Resources Content Service System and makes it come true.The research of the system will benefit the share and reuse of learning resources and the interaction among various educational systems. Moreover, the system has run very well in Yongning middle school of Ningxia province.
