Research On The Evaluation Of Service Value Co-creation Capability Of Library In The "Internet +" Environment

With the proposed "Internet +" action plan,various traditional industries have accelerated the use of information and communication technologies and Internet platforms,allowing the Internet to integrate deeply with traditional industries and create a new development ecology.It can be seen that "Internet +" provides a new development environment and development model for libraries as traditional public service agencies.Libraries also need to accelerate their pace,change their identities and roles,give full play to the role of the Internet in public library services,and make the Internet,publishers,e-commerce platforms,reading software,etc.As participants to enhance the co-creation capability of service value,not as competitors,enhance the co-creation capability of library service value,realize service innovation,knowledge innovation,multiparty benefits and the new user service experience.Only in this way,libraries continue to improve their status in cultural life and solve the long-term survival of the students from the crisis.Through the combing of domestic and foreign documents,it is found that the library service value co-creation ability evaluation research is currently in the development stage,and the research scope and research focus of this paper are determined.Based on the value co-creation theory,the meanings of library services,library service capabilities,and library value co-creation capabilities are defined in detail.The characteristics and components of library service value co-creation capabilities are analyzed through a process of value co-creation.Based on the analysis of the existing library service capability evaluation status and the constitutional elements and characteristics of the library service value co-creation ability,a comprehensive explanation of the influencing factors and interactions of the libraryservice value co-creation capability in the “Internet+”environment is provided.To provide a theoretical basis for constructing an evaluation index system.Through the above analysis of the factors that influence the co-creation of library service value,a library service value co-creation ability evaluation model is constructed.The ANP method is used to determine the index weights and the basic data is obtained through the questionnaire survey of provincial libraries.The established library service value co-creation competency evaluation model is used for data analysis,and the level of provincial library service value co-creation ability is tested through empirical analysis.The use of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to realize the intuitive and quantitative treatment of the measurement results of the library service value co-creation ability.The results show that the overall score of the library's service value co-creation ability evaluation is 82.4 points,and the evaluation result is better.This shows that the library's service value co-creation ability is at the middle and upper level,and the overall operation status is basically good.The various service capabilities are basically matched with the needs of users and participating participants.The service interaction capability,service innovation ability and the construction of the library system's regulation and restriction capabilities should also be effectively strengthened.It is expected that the library will be able to evaluate the co-creation capabilities of library services in the future with a view to maximizing the benefits of value creation.
