The Mechanism And Empirical Study Of The Value Co-creation Of Library Service Under "Internet +" Environment

With the advent of the Internet era,information technologies such as big data,cloud computing,the Internet of things,and the mobile Internet are rapidly developing.There are both opportunities and challenges for the development of libraries.On the one hand,internet technology provides library users with convenient information search methods and rich information resources.On the other hand,the rapid growth of information resources and the diversified development of user needs make it difficult for users to accurately locate information in the process of information search required information.At this time,the library should adapt to the trend of the times and adopt a new development model.This model is based on user needs.According to the needs of users,the library resources should be reasonably configured and integrated to provide users with the necessary information resources and services to improve user satisfaction and realize the value of library services.With the continuous integration of "Internet +" and libraries,"Internet +" provides a new platform and development model for resource integration,service innovation,sharing and interaction of information and knowledge in the process of value co-creation of library services.Libraries and users interact and integrate resources through the library service platform to achieve value co-creation.Based on the development background of "Internet+" environment,this paper studies the internal mechanism of library service value co-creation from the perspective of service-oriented logic and the task technology matching theory,and conducts empirical research.Finally,according to the research results,the realization strategy of library service value co-creation under the “Internet +” environment is proposed,with a view to provide implementation strategies and suggestions for the transition from traditional library to value co-creation library.The main content of this article is divided into 6 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the research background and significance of this article,the research status at home and abroad,the research content and methods.The second chapter is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.The related concepts and theoretical basis of this article include the Internet + Library,the theory of value co-creation,the collaborative creation of library services,and the task technology matching theory.The Internet + Library includes the Internet +.connotation and characteristics,contents and characteristics of the Internet + Library etc,The value co-creation theory includes the content of value co-creation and research perspectives etc.The library service value co-creation includes the information service connotation and library service value.Connotation and other content,task technology matching theory includes the concept of task technology matching,application in other fields and so on.The third chapter is the construction of the library service value co-creation mechanism model,including the motivation of value co-creation,the co-creation process of library service value,the analysis of key factors,the construction of models,and the formulation of research hypotheses.The fourth chapter is the empirical research,including questionnaire design,reliability and validity analysis and hypothesis test results and discussion.In this chapter,the author uses the questionnaire star to collect survey data and analyze the reliability of the collected data.According to the final result,the research hypothesis is verified and the results show that: "Library service platform quality and user information literacy have a positive effect on task technology matching,and information acquisition difficulty has a negative effect on task technology matching.","Task technology matching plays an intermediary role in the interaction of library service platform quality,user information literacy,information acquisition difficulty and library service value respectively," and task technology matching in the library.The hypothesis that the interaction between service platform quality and the difficulty of information acquisition interacts with the value of library services has been verified."The task technology matching in library service platform quality and user information literacy interaction and library service value,the research hypothesis that mediates interactions has not been verified.The fifth chapter is to implement the strategy of realizing value co-creation for library services,and proposes improvement strategies based on the research results.Chapter 6 studies the conclusions and prospects of the study,analyzes the deficiencies of the study,and proposes improvements for follow-up research.
