| Enterprise resource planning(ERP)integrates with modern advanced management thought and the management pattern,which was on the basis of manufacturing resource planning(MRP)by American Gartner Group company in 1990's.In recent years,the connotation of ERP has a deeper development.It refers to in supply chain management thoughts as the instruction and on the basis of information technology to achieve the overall management of enterprise resources.The scope of its application has gradually expanded from manufacturing to retail,service,medical and other industries.At present,in the case of low degree of industry boom and slow recovery of consumption,the market has put forward higher requirements for the management of retail enterprises,more and more retail enterprises hope to introduce ERP system to achieve the optimal allocation of enterprise resources,speed up the reaction rate to the market and promote the enterprise market competing ability.ERP system selection is an important step in the implementation process of the project.As for the studies of ERP system selection about domestic retail enterprises are less,the mathematical models used in selection are complicated,and the evaluation criterions are unilateral,which cause some enterprises choose ERP products with certain blindness.Therefore,we urgently need a set of scientific selection method to improve the success rate of ERP projects.In view of this,the article first outlines the paper's study background and significance,describes the research situation about ERP system selection of the domestic and foreign scholars.Secondly,the article introduces the basic theories of ERP system selection in general,indicates the principles,steps and evaluation methods of ERP system selection should be followed.Among them,ERP selection evaluation method mainly introduces fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process is used to determine index weight.Then it combines with F company-a large retail enterprise's ERP system selection practice,according to the ERP selection standard process,after organizing knowledge training,establishing the selection team,carrying out needs analysis and determining the selection objectives,to gain the related information of the domestic and international mainstream ERP products furthest through a variety of channels.After that,it investigates the ERP vendors' products,such as Kingdee,SAP,Oracle and so on,puts forward the evaluation index system of ERP system selection from the suppliers,the implementations,product quality and project costs,uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make the quantitative analysis of the various ERP products,analytic hierarchy process is used to determine index weight,so can determine suitable ERP products for the development of the enterprise in the end.At last,this paper advises if the enterprises want to select ERP system scientifically,they must consider various factors from the overall aspects,know themselves as well as the enemies,then use the methods of reasonable decision to choose the appropriate products. |
