In recent years,with the rapid development of the domestic economy and the improvement of the standard of living,kitchen waste has also increased rapidly.However,currently kitchen garbage system on the market is not so automatic,such as its lack of real-time device to observe disposition effect,and its lack of supervision and statistics analysis system,that regulators cannot remotely supervise and command on site.In view of the universal problems and the requirements put forward by the logistics department of Zhengzhou University,we need to build an online monitoring platform for food waste disposal.The paper has designed and realized the remote monitoring and service system of the platform.This system is designed by object-oriented method,and models of the system at different stages are established with UML unified modeling language.Finally,the system is implemented gradually by the agile methodology.In the stage of demand and analysis,the model is established on demand by communicating with related personnel of the logistics department of Zhengzhou University in the way of interviews and on-site observation.In the preliminary design stage,physical topology model,structural model and database logic model of the system was designed and then the core structure of the system was established.In the detailed design stage,service logic was explained detailedly through the sequence diagram,flow diagram,class diagram.This system uses the flexible B/S structure,and its client uses the WEB browser and the APP mobile terminal to carry on the service show,and its back-end services uses Java Web technology.In the core part of this system,series interface communication technology will be related in collected-data transmission phase;in data persistence stage,the functions such as triggers,stored process,and views in the MySQL database are used to classify data and then put them into database.And the system's user rights are managed based on RBAC(Role-Based Access Control)model.The remote monitoring and service system for kitchen garbage disposal has two subsystems,one is data display analysis subsystem,the other is information configuration service subsystem.The main functions of the former system include: query of processed products and equipment status data including real-time data and historical records;statistical analysis of processed products and equipment status data such as electronic report,statistical chart display,and electronic map query;real-time monitoring of the site with video.The main functions of latter subsystem include node information configuration at various levels,personnel allocation,log management and other functions.The system has been carried integration testing by simulating the environment of kitchen garbage disposal,and which has achieved the expected effect.Under the basic physical environment of kitchen garbage disposal online monitoring platform,the remote monitoring and service subsystem can enter the system deployment and commissioning phase smoothly.
