PCB(Printed Circuit Board)custom service platform based on the C2M(Customer to Manufactory)pattern is the first step in the development of automation,intelligent,customization for PCB industry in the industrial 4.0 background.The platform will change the customer orders directly into the production orders for the manufactory,and to achieve PCB products custom and order online.PCB custom service platform is for customers or enterprises and hardware manufactories to directly communicate,thus eliminating the intermediate link hardware company,and to change PCB industry from the traditional marketing pattern to online marketing pattern changes.The PCB custom service platform is composed of online custom subsystem and smart quotation subsystem.First,users can upload PCB products' engineering information by the online custom subsystems,and the intelligent quotation subsystem can calculate prices according to products' engineering information,and the administrator of manufactory can review the price,and then,online custom subsystem to display the quotation information,if the user agrees to the price they can place an order online.After the order is finished,the order information is pushed directly to the ERP system of manufactory,converting customer order into production order for production.Online custom subsystems are for customers or enterprises,using English website,and help them to achieve the PCB product online custom and purchase.Smart quotation subsystem is for the administrator of manufactory,using Chinese website,and to help them to calculate PCB products' price and review quotation and so on.The author participated in the platform requirement analysis,general design,detailed design and implementation and testing of the entire process.In the requirements analysis stage,the author try to communicate with customers and know production process of PCB manufacturing plant to further clarify the needs of users,and analysis the business processes,functional requirements and non-functional requirements of system.In the general design stage,the author designs technical architecture and database of the system,and use functional structure diagram to divide the detailed functions of the two subsystems to clear its specific functions.In the detailed design stage,the author used SpringMVC framework and MyBatis framework technology to achieve the online custom subsystem's function include user center module,online custom module,online order module,order management module and intelligent quotation subsystem's function include user center module and quotation management module.Finally,in the test stage,the author use functional testing and non-functional testing on the test of the platform,and write test cases to illustrate the test results.The platform has completed the development and test of basic functions,and is on running trial and improvement stage.There are still some aspects that need to be improved and supplemented,and will continue to be achieved in subsequent iterations.
