The Design And Implementation Of The Custom Supervising System For Directly Passing And Quarantine

After China became a member of WTO, it is stepping more and more quickly in its amalgamation of the world. With the rapid development of economy, more and more advanced demands are enquired for the custom declaration and passing of imported or exported goods. So, as the administrator of the imported and exported affair, the customs adopt many new methods or modes to supervise the imported and exported circulation of goods.In this paper, a new approach for directly passing the Suzhou custom is explained in detail. The new way is applied to supervise imported and exported goods through the custom. It is illustrated the whole working flow. The flow is about data that shuttle between the plant and the custom. It is also illustrated main function modules of the system.In this paper, a data exchanged system based on B/S structure is researched and implemented. This system is of the characteristics, such as convenience, high-speed, interaction. The system designation has two creative points. 1) The web service technology is applied to design for the data exchange between isomerous databases through the system interfaces. Thus, the data exchange process becomes more convenience, and the system is easy to be further developed for satisfying the development of the enterprise. At the same time, the system security is ensured. 2) In the process of an electronic-file's upload, the electronic-file is first transferred into binary stream. Then the stream is packaged into a Dataset. At the last step, the dataset is uploaded to server by a web service interface. In this way, the file is stored in database as binary stream. It is prefer to being stored as a file in a directory by operation system. So the data, include in e-file, become more security.
