As human development and social progress, the problem of environmentalpollution which generated by the plastic and the increasingly serious energy shortageproblems still puzzle the mankind.The waste plastics oil refining industry collectswaste plastics and use them into the refining industry, which will not only help tosolve the increasingly serious environmental problems, will also enable the source toeffectively alleviate the energy shortage. The production and development in thewhole Waste plastic refining industry must always in real-time monitoring state, oncethe equipments of the waste plastic refining industry production don’t work normallyand cannot fixed it immediately, it will give the whole industry a Devastating blow.So in order to protect this emerging industry, the establishment of waste plasticsrefining remote monitoring system must appear immediately.This paper use SNMP simple network protocol and OPC technology, utilizeWindows 2000 server platform and Visual C++ 6.0 build software and combined withHP company open source software (SNMP++ v3.2.23, Agent++ v3.5.29 andAgentX++ v1.4.16) to develop and design based on SNMP waste plastic refiningremote monitoring system. The remote monitoring system will be take two linesequipments of the oil refining industry waste plastics into an industrial network, so theremote system can make the equipments for network management and remotereal-time monitoring, can have the data acquisition and equipment monitoring of thefunction, also can according to the actual production conditions, setting fault alarmfunction.Depends on this remote system can remote the equipmengt in a real time.In this paper, the study of the background is the Jing Yi Technology Co., Ltd.Quzhou. The technology for the waste plastics mixed oil refinery production systemin the waste plastics oil refining production line is research object. The main work ofthe paper is as follows:Firstly,it introduces the details of the remote monitoring system Industrialmonitoring systemat home and abroad,then points out the problems and gives thesolution to the problems.In the end analysis the need of building a waste plasticsrefining remote monitoring system,the development and application of the networkmanagement technology and the use of the SNMP Protocol at home and abroad. Secondly,It gives two key technical detail technologies. On the monitoringsystem,including SNMP Protocol and OPC technology.Thirdly, based on a mixture of oil production sub-systems engineering processand equipment characteristics analysis in the waste Plastic oil refining industry,itmakes out the method to the detailed control equipment, and designs the wasteplastics refining the proposed remote monitoring system’s overall architecture, andfinally gives the way to achieve the system’s software architecture.Fourthly,completes the Deputy Design and Implementation,including thedesign of the Agent System program,the realization of Agent in SNMP、OPCmodule and the modules in the Agent embedded in OPC client,after that gives anexample on the specific application.Fifthly, finishs the designof management station framework,which will bedivided into seven modules,and show the details in the function modules and therealization of the principle,and exhibit its practical application in the process of therole played by example.Sixthly, finally, gives the summary and results of this study, and shows the studyof remote monitoring system proposed in the future and the future research trends.By practical application and test, this paper designed based on SNMP wasteplastic refining remote monitoring system can be effective to waste plastic refiningequipment for network management and remote real-time monitoring, and a dataacquisition and equipment monitoring function,can also according to the requirementsset fault early warning function.So it has a very good value in the Practicalapplication.
