In recent years,with the fast development of communication technologies and the continuous size expansion of the telecommunication markets,the management of telecommunications networks is in the continuous improvement with the size of the telecommunications network and the continuous upgrading of technical equipment.But there are still problems in existing network failure systems,which are far from meeting the changes in customer demand.The low degree of intelligence and low accuracy rate of order sending have become mishap of the system.As a result,this bring the enterprise not only the high labor costs,but also reduction of the customer satisfaction,which in turn increases the service pressure.Therefore,telecom companies urgently need to build more powerful,more flexible operation and more compatible intelligent network management systems to ensure the networks efficient high-quality,safe and stable operation.More importantly,in the communications services market is increasingly open,and national policy of the big pattern,the telecommunications network has been from the internal resources into the community for the important business.Therefore,efficient,safe and stable new service safeguard system will become a strong support for the transformation of telecommunications companies.This paper analyzes and realizes the service support systems of telecommunication broadband obstacles.The main work includes:1)theory of telecom broadband service security system needs to collect the related books,papers,magazines and the Internet data,etc.,through the query and comparative analysis,broadband obstacle to focus on learning to explore related service security system management method,the failure work order management system operation principle,lay theoretical basis and practice guidance for the system design is proposed.2)on-site research existing telecommunications business broadband obstacle comprehensive enterprise network management system,understand the existing problems in the system of telecom broadband obstacle,focus on fault processing method,solve the core problems such as weak ability,put forward the corresponding system function demand,so as to design fault repair order management system under the integrated network management model.3)based on the idea of software engineering and operations research methods of combining actual,guided by the operators actual business link,follow the principle of design pattern of opening and closing,the interface segregation principle,the principle of the basic reference such as single responsibility principle,USES B/S(Browser/Server(Browser/Server)architecture,a more reliable system security [4].On the system structure,by using MVC three layer architecture model development,the model,view and control layer separation,with the presentation layer,business process layer and data link layer to independent research and development of architectural design system.Explored based on Eclipse development tools,based on the J2 EE platform to develop and use Oracle database server and system set up,the whole telecom broadband obstacle service safeguard system includes broadband fault repair order flow,examination and approval,tracking,resources unified deployment,performance statistics and analysis,and other functions.4)focus on telecom broadband obstacle service guarantee system of detailed design and implementation of the four core functions,namely the trouble ticket management functions,management functions provided by the work order.Resource scheduling management and system management functions,the four core functions mainly through the interface communication module.5)for telecommunication broadband obstacle service guarantee system,include: system functional testing,performance testing.Through testing,this topic research methods and algorithms that can realize the efficient transfer of broadband fault repair order,tracking fault single process,the implementation of the entire system is expected to set design goals,strong reliability,integrity and stability,has considerable practical reference significance,can achieve the purpose of speed up the information alization of the telecommunication business.
