With the growing competition in the market, telecom operators in the process of operation must continue to develop, in the new environment and situation thinks over ceaselessly, seek new operating mode, quickly in the industry to locate, seek development space, realize the maximization of profits. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a business management thinking, a business management model and applications to help companies improve their customer service capabilities to meet the individual needs of its customers, retain old customers and attract potential customers to become improve the competitiveness of telecom operators, an important means.In this paper, the meaning and role of CRM elaborated analysis of the importance of sales management, the system needs analysis, to design the system, including system architecture design, functional design, database design, system security policy, so as to better able to complete such a telecom operator-customer relationship management, sales management system. The system at home and abroad on the basis of existing research, combined with the status quo of CRM, from the actual needs, the more popular use of the current B/S (Browser/Server) structure and JSP dynamic web development technologies, based on Windows XP Professional operating system and SQL Server2000database, designed and implemented a feature to run more comprehensive telecommunications business customer relationship management sales management system. Telecom operators to achieve CRM sales management system is mainly for customer data and information, sales activities, sales opportunities, sales plan, order of information management. This system has been tested, stable operating results, easy to operate, fast. Although the system is running a successful on-line, but not perfect, in a specific application process, there may be some problems in the future we will continue on to perfect the system, updated to make it more powerful, more widely used.
