This article aims at the research and optimization work of Jiangxi Telecombroadband customer self-service pushing system. The system mainly providesTroubleshooting automatically, self-service, information pushing service and so onfor users. By informing broadband customer fault message actively and providingbroadband customers with online self-help interactive treatments, it can shorten thetelecom service and broadband customers fault processing time effectively, reducethe rate of customer’s complaint reporting, improve the service efficiently, improvecustomer’s perception and reduce the cost of the operation. With the development oftelecom business, the kind of pushing information is increasing, the bearing capacityof Jiangxi Telecom broadband customer self-service pushing system is also facing thehuge challenge and nowadays it mainly has following several aspects.(1)The customer’s HTTP request has the features of high concurrency, in orderto avoid repeating push and influence customer’s perceptions, the system adoptscorresponding shielding strategy, but the difference that the original shieldingstrategy makes to moment of concurrent HTTP requests is not ideal, it needs to beoptimized.(2)When the push access quantity increases suddenly, it will cause the system todeadlock, it’s urgent to research and develop the corresponding protectionmechanism.(3)The system used to use FIFO scheduling algorithm, it caused that importantor urgent information cannot be timely pushed. The task scheduling algorithmneeds optimizing.The article is based on the feedback control strategy, cache replacementalgorithm, and scheduling algorithm, it works on the optimization of pushing strategy,scheduling algorithm and the reliability of the system, the main research contentsinclude: The research presents that HTTP requests multi-level shielding strategy, shieldHTTP request in a short period of time, reduce the load of the system effectively andimprove the utilization of system.Secondly, the article discusses the feedback control strategy, through the currentpush access quantity adjusts the sending rate automatically, to improve the stability ofthe system and prevent the collapse of the system effectively.Thirdly, the article analyses the deficiency of FIFO algorithm which is usedoriginally and discusses common scheduling algorithm thoroughly. According to thefeature of the task scheduling, the article presents improved scheduling HVEDalgorithm that based on EDF algorithm and HVF algorithm to improve the pushingeffect of the system and the successful rate of the system.In addition, the article tests, analyzes and compares the test results,and verifiesits performance and application value.Finally, according to the expansion requirements of system’s function, thearticle gives the Optimized designing scheme of Jiangxi Telecom broadbandcustomer self-service pushing system, and realizes the utility and the upgradingfunction of the system of the above research results.
