[Purpose]Under "First-class University / Discipline Construction University Construction Plan",highlighted the importance of subject service,the subject status of the subject users is increasing day by day,and create value theory is implicit users are not the core of logic,and service in the future development,so this study,based on the theory of the value to create a user participation disciplines service as the core,to explore and demonstrate discipline users to participate in the influence factors of value creating behavior,in order to improve the discipline services targeted degree of precision,improving customer service experience,promote service value to create a user participation.[Methods] Questionnaire survey was adopted to collect data,and qualitative comparative analysis was used to conduct empirical analysis on the data adopted,so as to determine the influencing factors affecting users' participation in the service value co-creation behavior of the discipline.[Results] The research results are as follows:(1)analysis of literature review and interview,discipline which affect user value create the behavior of the nine high related factors,followed by social network,the librarians' interactions,service value,knowledge quality,independent feeling,the feeling of competence,service experience,outside influence,user situation,two results element value to create the participation behavior,satisfaction,loyalty,these factors interact with subject user value creating behavior.(2)a total of 298 questionnaires were issued,among which 35 invalid questionnaires were eliminated,and 263 valid questionnaires were obtained,with a recovery rate of 88.3%.(3)the overall KMO coefficient of the questionnaire was as high as 0.95,the KMO coefficient of all scales was higher than the standard value of 0.7,and the overall KMO value of the questionnaire was 0.939 with a good validity,p < 0.001.(4)QCA analysis shows that six configurations have a direct causal relationship to influence user value co-creation behavior of disciplines.The configurations are as follows: Configuration 2: ? user context * social network *? knowledge characteristics;Configuration 3: sense of autonomy * knowledge trait;Configuration 4: service experience * satisfaction and loyalty;Configuration 5: satisfaction,loyalty * service value;Configuration 6: service value * service experience[Conclusions](1)the following two hypotheses are supported: hypothesis 1: when the driving factors of the discipline service users and service providers appear at the same time,the users will have a higher participation value service co-creation behavior.Hypothesis 2: there are several different configurations that can cause users to participate in disciplinary service behavior,and each configuration may contain the same elements.(2)six driving factors,namely,social network,service value,knowledge characteristics at the librarian level,service experience,user context and sense of autonomy at the user level.Is the behavior factor that affects the discipline user to participate in the value co-creation behavior.?2/df=2.024,GFI=0.928,RMSEA=0.062,RMR0.037,CFI=0.917,NFI=0.928,NNFI=0.958.
