This thesis analyzes the various types of business and jobs in property insurance companies,and finds that the positions within the property insurers are complex and the employees need to deal with the complicated affairs.How to effectively examine the comprehensive ability of employees,and to adjustment of the staff timely improving the effectiveness of the job,is a problem need to be researched.In the human resources management of the property insurance company,how to combine the human resources and performance management,and how to adjust the effectiveness of human resources greatly through the performance management,need to carry out the actual assessment of enterprises and employees by computer system.The core business in property insurance needs to be reviewed strictly,and the accompanying data and information need to be controlled strictly.If there is omission or loss,it will cause huge losses.Therefore,based on the investigation of the basic business of property insurance companies,and the investigation of the actual demand of the enterprise and the staff,we design a set of practical information management system for property insurance company business process and performance appraisal.This paper uses the C#as development language,UML structure as model design language,uses ASP.NET as web design framework,uses B/S as network design pattern,uses SQL Server 2008 database and UDA data storage technology.based on the view of employee and enterprise human resource management,we analyzed and designed the system,which is divided into four modules,namely,performance module,evaluation module,system module and query module.The performance module configures the human resource performance management in the enterprise,including the performance plan Management,performance indicators management,performance approval management and employee complaint management.Assessment module use the key information in the performance module,which contributes to carry out new business,including the assessment of management,assessment program management,assessment of indicators management and assessment Process management.system module manages the main information in the system and the main system functions.including the department information management.employee information management,password management and rights management.information Query and display is based on the rights division of users in query module,mainly including the results query of examination,type the query evaluation,department information inquiry and employee information query.Finally,we complete the development of the system,and detect the system module by the system test cases,which shows the realization of designed targets,and the stability of the system.
