Metropolitan area optical transmission network is the foundation of the whole communication network,its goal is to meet the demand of communication business transfer.The efficiency of the traditional metropolitan SDH optical transmission network configure business is poor,hope that with the new technology to realize the business dynamically application,routing,dynamic link automatically establish,so as to simplify the manual intervention of network management,reduce the operation and maintenance cost.ASON technology improved the technology of the original SDH system,its most prominent characteristics is introduced the independent control of the plane in the existing optical transmission network,it can be used to complete the routing automatically discover,bandwidth dynamically application and automatically release,call connection management,rapid protection and recovery,etc.So that the traditional optical transmission network turn into a business-oriented intelligent flexible network.This thesis starting from the analysis of current situation and existing problems of metropolitan area optical transmission network,introduces the background of ASON technology of intelligent optical network,by studying the architecture of ASON,related interfaces and protocols,support connection type,business hierarchy,technical characteristics,analyzed the application of ASON technology in metropolitan area optical transmission network,and application the results of the research to the planning and design of Fuzhou mobile metropolitan intelligent optical transmission network.Main work of this thesis design are as follows:(1)According to the analysis of the Fuzhou mobile metropolitan area optical transmission network status and the business needs,to study the feasibility of the introduction of ASON,and put forward the scheme to combining the ASON technology and the existing SDH network technology to build Fuzhou mobile metropolitan intelligent optical transmission network.(2)Through multiple scheme comparison,proposes the overall construction plan of the Fuzhou mobile metropolitan intelligent optical transmission network,including network overall architecture design,transport plane planning,control plane planning,management plane planning,network protection and recovery program,synchronization scheme,official business system,equipment selection and investment estimation.(3)Establish a simulation testing environment,through the control plane and the level of business protection to restore the two aspects of system performance testing,fully proves the survivability of ASON network.(4)Combine with development trend of the business and the evolution of intelligent optical network technology,introduces the next generation metro SPTN intelligent optical network planning scheme.This topic research for the transformation of metropolitan area optical transmission network in Fuzhou mobile laid a good foundation,makes the Fuzhou mobile can provide differentiated customer service,which can realize flexible business scheduling and end-to-end circuit management,improve the utilization rate of resources,rich business protection method,reduces the network operation and maintenance costs.The construction of ASON metropolitan area optical transmission network,making the Fuzhou mobile metropolitan area optical transmission network can adapt to the requirement of enterprise strategic transformation,may eventually make the transition from network-oriented to business-oriented.
