The research content starts from the problems of the existing MSTP technology in MAN, researching the market background of ASON technology lead-in, the structure of ASON, related interface and agreements signal. Then give out a plan that adopting ASON in combination with MSTP to build the Yuzhong Chersonese Transmission Ring, researching the principle and strategy of the ASON led into the transmission networks, including the design plan of network and hardware.
