Strategy is a plan to achieve overall goals from overall perspective.Strategy also is the key factor to determine success or failure in enterprise management.Company's top manager pay more attention to strategy choosing and implementing.Today,there are various channels for people to touch each other.The information we got is much more than before.This brings more business opportunities for company.How to grasp opportunities,avoid risks,is the major topic for managers.They are required to have a keen insight,a strong sense of judgment,and ability to solve the problem in a short time.There are two problems in business management that have been plaguing managers: 1.Opportunities are fleeting quickly,it requires managers to make quick decision with current situation in a short time.2.There are various variables in company's development.Managers need to make changes according to the variables in time to avoid risks.As a result,the strategy for company must be scientific and effective,and must be improved by managers according to current situation in time.Company A's China Telecom Business Department utilized core competencies to bring into competitive advantage,used correct strategy to win China Telecom's market and become a major supplier.It is a good story.But they also met problem after one year,the business cannot continue spreading.It is the time to make change.This paper studies the formulation and implementation process of A company's China market strategy,collects information and combines the knowledge learned by MBA,analyzes the shortcomings of the strategy,and puts forward suggestions and proposals for improvement.Is a scientific strategy theory to guide practical case studies.It has some guiding significance for the formulation,implementation and improvement of enterprise strategy.
