In order to change the complex and inefficient manual office methods in the past,and share information between enterprise internal personnel so that people work efficiently together,OA(office automation)is widely apply to enterprise units.Because Official document flow is the core of OA,a good OA must have a good document flow pattern.Studies have found that most of the official document management systems are data-centric circulation model,once the enterprise business flow pattern changes slightly,just have to adjust the corresponding code to implement the business flow,even change the structure.Therefore,such a document management system is difficult to meet the increasingly changing business requirements.In addition,the sponsor of the official document approval process cannot effectively know the process of examination and approval,which led to low office efficiency.So the traditional OA document flow system can't satisfy the needs of users.In order to solve the problem that the traditional OA document flow system is unable to meet the increasingly changing business requirements,and can't effectively understand the problem of progress of examination and approval of document flow.This article obtains from the JBPM workflow engine architecture,gives the solutions of document flow system based on workflow technology.In order to solve the variable of business process,we need to implement custom process design.To implement custom design process,we must complete the process design and deployment,task allocation and process monitoring.Because the process flow and task execution are relevant to the user,it needs to the integrated the users and permissions into the JBPM,and provide flexible task allocation way for process management through the design of the permissions.Based on the design and implementation of the scheme,and then it achieves the purpose of process modifications without implementing code,meeting the needs of the frequent workflow change.Then on the basis of the research and application of the JBPM core API function,it realizes the tracking of document flow,and makes users know the progress of document processing in a time.At the same time,in order to ensure that the users can conduct the handling of document processing normally,it adopts the way of conducting analysis modeling for the typical application for examination and approval process during document flow,and implements the document information based on the process of implementation and operation.In addition,it completes other functional requirements of a companies' OA system,including the role management,user management,system management,BBS communication,organization management,etc.Finally,it conducts unit and functional tests to the system.The system adopts the B/S structure,uses the My SQL database,JBPM workflow technology,uses the My Eclipse development tools,to build the overall architecture of the system with Struts2,Hibernate and Spring framework.To develop the OA document management system highly integrated digital information,process specification,and orderly management.
