With the continuous promotion and development of information technology,digital content is increasing day by day,a variety of industries to the process of intelligent requirements are becoming higher and higher.The traditional work flow products can only meet the needs of tracking and monitoring the general process,facing more and more diverse business processes has been inadequate.On the one hand,the traditional way of static assignment of tasks in work flow is not only inefficient but also ineffective in the face of complex changing business.At the same time,due to the asymmetry of information,the distributors is affected by subjective factors to some extent.In the absence of standards,it is easy to create an imbalance in the distribution of tasks.On the other hand,the increasingly complex business processes are becoming more and more demanding to the dynamic adaptation of work flow.The traditional work flow is lack of flexibility in process design and can't adjust timely according to the temporary demand in production.Aiming at the existing problems of traditional work flow,this paper focuses on the research of workflow framework jBPM,which is widely used at home and abroad.Firstly,the task allocation method of jBPM is analyzed,and the lack of flexibility and rationality of static binding is pointed out.Therefore,a multi-criteria task assignment strategy is proposed in this paper,which considers the effects of task type,user role,user workload,user interest,user skills and proficiency on task assignment.At the same time,using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the objective weights of the influencing factors,a multi-dimension evaluation task assignment model is designed.Combined with the push model based on time constraints,the task allocation model set a period of time to be selected so that users can actively choose tasks according to their own interests and development.When there are still tasks to be assigned in the task list when the deadline is over,the system will calculate the candidates' scores according to the multi-criteria task allocation strategy,and automatically select the most matched staff to complete the redistribution.Then according to the common dynamic requirements in the actual business,the process control of jBPM is improved by extending the API interface,and the functions of task fallback,dynamic routing and countersign are realized.Finally,the improved jBPM workflow is applied to IT operation and maintenance management system.After deeply studying the jBPM workflow,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme for its task allocation and flow control,and it is verified in practical application.The improved j BPM not only improves the working efficiency of the user,but also frees it from the single repeated task assignment operation,and has more time to deal with complex and fine business.Moreover,the use of multi-criteria task allocation strategy will be more scientific and accurate,clear job roles and responsibilities,and reduce human error.On the whole,it improves the flexibility and standardization of jBPM workflow in business process management,and realizes the centralized,effective and standardized management of different business processes.
