Design And Implementation Of Universities' Document Flow System Based On Workflow Technique

With the development of computer technology and general application of the campus network, how to make the office more efficient and more scientific in management has become an important symbol to measure the degree of university management. In fact many university or college are still remain at the paper office, unable to make full use of existing hardware. How to improve resource utilization rate whice achieve standard management information, statistics and rapid scientific inquiry has become a key point that focus on school management.In this paper, we put forward a logistics document transmission system based on workflow technology. First, the paper describes the basic concept of workflow and office automation technology, and workflow application in office automation system. In key sections about technologies and system analysis and design,we describes the.NET development platform as well as ASP.NET, ADO.NET, B/S mode,3-tier architecture and related technologies as so on. On these foundations, I mainly do the research and work of the following results:(1) Design of the Framework in the system, I use the object-oriented modeling approach, the completion of the entire software architecture, database structure, hierarchical structure analysis and construction; in the system functional analysis, system requirements to complete the entire investigation and the module functional analysis.(2) In the system design and implementation, from the system database design, functional design, traffic design, the main module design, graphic design, page 5 aspects of the system to complete the functional design; and completed the preparation of the system code.(3) In the system test, I have made a detailed testing plan and object design before suecessfully finishing system test.(4) In the applications, complete system optimization, set up server and use some technical means to ensure the safety of the system. Test run the whole system is better, proven system design is reasonable.Finally, this paper summarized and pointed out remains to be improvement.
