Design And Implementation Of Supply Contract Executing Management System In International General Contracting Project

International EPC is the mode of general contracting for construction engineering,many large international engineering projects are already or are adopting this mode.Since China's accession to the WTO,many domestic construction companies to undertake general contracting projects abroad,relevant data shows,at present our country to undertake international engineering projects,EPC projects accounted for more than 60%,the EPC general contracting mode has become the main of the international project contracting business model.In the execution of EPC projects,the P link played an essential role in the entire project cycle,is the key to each link,directly affect the construction progress of the site of the project.Many enterprises due to the execution of the contract,the huge losses caused by supply contract enforcement.So the domestic construction enterprises want to go abroad,to adapt to the development of the international market,participate in international co.mpetition,there is no a set of effective and feasible contract execution process control scheme will seriously affect the whole progress of the project.This thesis,by taking the supply contract executing management in international general contracting project as a research subject,analyses the current situation and existing problems of supply contract executing management in our company.With the application of B/S structure,a set of managerial software dedicating to the supervision and management of supply contract during its executing process,is designed and developed so as to solve the existing problems of equipment and materials in their production,inspection,transportation and storage,achieve the functions of data analysis and statistics,and thus to provide our company with a full range of contract executing management processes and historical data for business processing.Through the centralized management of data,the current situation of dispersed enterprise information can be solved;Through the accumulation of historical data,the loss and oblivion of data caused by artificial management of contracts can be avoided;Through the analysis of data and report,various stages regarding production,transportation and storage can be taken into account in a balanced way to adjust each link in material management,expedite the process of information exchange with the site information management system of a construction unit,and achieve the dynamic management and control for whole process of project management including production,inspection,transportation,installation,delivery,etc.Therefore,we can provide our company with the real and effective basis for decision-making in its operation and management.
