Design And Implementation Of Contract Management In MES Of Bxsteel Cold Rolling Mill

In recent years,our country adjust the industrial structure and use the information technology to upgrade industry.After information technology enters into the core application,it implements the management and vendition.The information technology has improved,the competitiveness of enterprise is enhanced.Bxsteel leads in the MES system to regulate the process of production,consignment,transportation,and reducing costs,improving work efficiency.MES's contract management system of Bxsteel cold rolling mill is designed to achieve the production process automation and information management according to the actual work requirements.This thesis describes the design concept of MES's contract management system and offers the designing and implementing detailed description of the contract receiving,the contract merging,the contract planning,the contract altering,the contract delivering,the contract tracking in functional modules.The system development uses the high security and excellent compatibility DB2 database technology and the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 development tool,the C++,combined with C/S architecture technology.This thesis describes the development of MES status at home and abroad,system development background,purpose and meaning,and development technologies.Then,it introduces the design and implementation according to the requirements.In the design section,it is raised the overall design scheme of the system based on the specific business requirements,and it is given the detailed instructions of functional design and database design system.In the implementation section,it introduces the detail implementation of the main functions.Finally,the main function of the system is tested.
