Struts framework in the SSH Struts framework is based on the business logic layer, can separate the page from the logic; Hibernate framework is used for data access layer, can interact with the system’s database, access system data needed for information from the database; the Spring framework in J2EE business layer is responsible for solving the problem of the complexity in the application system development.Basic parameters of business management system are mainly divided into four parameters management:the customer management, product management, management and supplier management for oil tanker. Inventory management functions achieve the inventory and price, purchase and reconciliation, invoice and payment three basic operations. Inventory and the price functions realize the oil contract management, item management for the oil sales and supply, the management of the oil credit. Sales management functions implemented oil sales and supply management, entrusted oil supply management, chartering ship management, delivery of cargo from storage management, expediting management and invoice and payment and so on six functions, each function is composed by multiple operations. The scheduling management functions realized for procurement management, inventory inquiries, stock management, allocation management, schedule management, check management and shipping scheduling. Each function has two or three more important operation function, but the mainly about management for contract, details, etc. Financial management function is completed by invoice management, procurement management and paying management.After completion of the design of this system, it is easy and accuracy to query and statistical the oil sample, can timely forecast oil prices at the same time, avoid the business data entry, early report the gas loss Oil loss warning, automatically generate statements and build the relations an effective link between the tanker customers. Our system runs successfully in shipping oil supply management work.
