The Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Purchasing Contract Management System

In production and operation activities of an enterprise,procurement business plays a unique role,for it affects both business efficiency and economic benefits of the enterprise.In the process of procurement,the efficiencies concerning contract approval,signing,execution,inquiries,statistics and other operations directly affect the operating efficiency of the entire procurement system.On one hand,improvements in the efficiencies of these links can be realized by standardization of enterprise management through advanced management methods and organizational processes.On the other hand,advanced information technologies and tools can be applied.In the material procurement for subcontracting projects,the enterprise mentioned in this paper has accumulated some useful experience and has established an organization with such a management model that basically meets the business needs.However,with continuous development of subcontracting projects,contract management is becoming more and more complex,and the enterprise needs to develop its information management system to reduce its dependence on labor in many links.Based on the analysis of its material procurement,this paper presents a procurement contract management system with a suitable structure and mode for the enterprise.Based on the B/S structure,the system applies open source tools,such as MySQL Server and Apache Web service software with consideration of the development direction of the enterprise's procurement contract management,its current needs and its budget for the system development.This paper introduces the requirement analysis,design,implementation,testing and other processes of the system,and describes functions of the five main modules in detail.The use of this management system has significantly improved efficiencies in all links of the procurement management process.At the same time,the system also realizes the efficient transfer of internal contract information,and also enables many business data to be presented in a timely,accurate and visual manner.Besides,the system helps the management to monitor the operational status of the enterprise in real time,which provides the basis for later decision making.
