Research On The Subject Librarian System Of The Local Social Academy Of Social Sciences Under The Background Of The Construction Of The New Think Tank

With the development of social economy,think-tank has increasingly become the key to solve the problem of complex decision support important institutions.The national relevant decision-making departments are aware of the importance of construction of China's new think-tank,and formulated a series of policies and measures,Advance,including Chinese academy of social sciences,all kinds of transformation of social science research institution,a think-tank.Local academy of social sciences have put forward the objective to build characteristic,the library as an important source of information,should also seize the opportunity to transition,innovation of information service mode,provide more professional,deep service for think-tank,sound,a think-tank,scientific and democratic decision-making mechanism,promote the improvement of national modernization management level.Subject librarian system of the service mode,as a kind of wisdom China can deepen the academy of social sciences information service work,promote the improvement of Chinese academy of social sciences research.Therefore,establishing subject librarian system in local academy of social sciences library to promote the exchange of Chinese academy of social sciences discipline and discipline research depth,realize the service innovation of the library of Chinese academy of social sciences,guarantee construction of new think-tank,has important significance.The author based on a comprehensive understanding of the construction of Chinese new think-tank,analysis of new type of library of Chinese academy of social sciences,a think-tank,construction role new look,and the proposed new requirements,combined with the current local academy of social sciences in China status and target transformation demand of library information service,puts forward set up subject librarian system in local academy of social sciences.And from recruitment and training of subject librarian,subject librarian's duty and the service mode of subject librarian and subject librarian system establish guarantee mechanism of the four aspects of the system.In this study,local academy of social sciences,a think-tank based on concept library decision-making information service,so as to promote local library of Chinese academy of social sciences in China further perfect and development of the subject librarian system.
