The concept of public cultural service is the digital public libraries,museums,archives,museums,cultural centers and other public cultural institutions,to meet the public demand for the purpose of spiritual culture,supported by public finance,with digital resources as the basis,to provide public cultural products and services to the public through the internet.With the development of science and technology,the Internet deep into the various fields of social life and production,digital life and people are inseparable,public cultural service digital has become the people in the information age environment,willing to accept,willing to participate in the new cultural service in the form of great significance in the construction of China's modern public cultural service system,and indispensable.As a public goods,the main body of public digital cultural service is undoubtedly the government.However,the government single supply mode is no longer suitable,since the new All flowers bloom together.information explosion,information environment media rampant,cannot meet the social from all walks of life more and more extensive and diverse needs of cultural products and services of public figures.Therefore,to guide enterprises to participate in public digital cultural services is an inevitable choice to promote the development and prosperity of public cultural services.In recent years,the government has introduced a series of principles and policies to guide and encourage enterprises to participate in public cultural services.With the support of the relevant national policy documents,Chinese enterprises begin to participate in the public cultural services in the physical space,but there are few enterprises to participate in the public digital cultural service,which is very difficult to see.In this investigation the specific practice of public cultural services in digital Chinese enterprises,Chinese enterprises to participate in the current situation of clear public digital cultural services,through the concrete analysis to identify key problems in them,and in view of the existing problems,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main content of this thesis consists of six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter contains the background and significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,the research content and methods,and the innovation of this thesis.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis of enterprise participation in public digital cultural services.This chapter first analyzes the related concepts,and defines the concept of public digital cultural services and enterprises.Subsequently,the new public management theory and governance theory and resource dependence theory,constructs the framework and theoretical basis for enterprises to participate in the public service of the necessity of digital culture finally,clarify the significance of enterprise participation in the public digital cultural service.The third chapter summarizes and summarizes the domestic and international development of enterprise participation in public digital cultural services.In this chapter,the author makes a brief analysis of the foreign and domestic situations,and gives a summary,introduction and analysis of the government's support policies and the typical practice projects of enterprises participating in public digital cultural services.The fourth chapter is the survey and analysis of enterprises' participation in public digital cultural services.This chapter first discusses the design of the investigation,the purpose of the survey,the object of investigation and the content of the survey design.Second,the analysis of the findings.Based on the investigation results of material as the basis,this thesis analyzed the participation in cultural services of public cultural service in the digital public digital willingness and motivation,cultural enterprises to participate in the service of public digital enterprise participation and cooperation mode,enterprise effectiveness,and summarizes the restricting factors of enterprises to participate in the public digital cultural services.Finally,according to the problems that our enterprises participate in the practice of public digital cultural service,this thesis summarizes the key problems of Chinese enterprises' participation in public digital cultural services.The fifth chapter is about the problems that our enterprises participate in the public digital cultural service,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.This chapter aims at the key problems of enterprises participating in the public digital cultural service in the last chapter,and tries to put forward feasible and effective countermeasures and suggestions.The sixth chapter is epilogue.The main research is summarized,and the inadequacies of the article are analyzed.
