Analysis Of The Reasons And Countermeasures For Urban Residents In Hebei Province Not Accepting Public Digital Cultural Services

Public digital cultural services are the development and derivation of public cultural services based on digital technology,and are an embodiment of the integration of public digital culture into public life.In 2002,China proposed the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project.Since then,it has paid more attention to the combination of public culture and new technologies to facilitate the entry of digital culture into the daily life of the public and meet the cultural needs of the public.Under the strategic environment of coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Beijing and Tianjin have made great achievements in the construction of public digital cultural services.Hebei Province 's public digital cultural services have developed in terms of integration with big data,Internet and other technologies,and it is worth noting What's more,the usage data of public digital cultural services in Hebei Province is not very optimistic.The public digital cultural services in cities and towns are still lacking in terms of residents' acceptance.Finding the reasons why urban residents in Hebei Province do not accept public digital cultural services will not only help to improve the urban areas of Hebei The resource utilization rate of digital cultural services meets the cultural needs of the people in Hebei Province,and it is also a response and specific practice to national policies.This article selects 56 representative urban residents of Hebei Province who do not accept public digital cultural services for interviews.Based on the grounded theory,the interview data summarizes the six influencing factors of urban residents of Hebei Province that do not accept public digital cultural services: the quality of cultural services,Promotion,use and perception,information literacy,personality characteristics,cultural needs.Combined with influencing factors,the reasons why urban residents do not accept digital culture are divided into two aspects: public digital cultural service management and urban residents themselves.Combined with the influencing factors,the reasons why urban residents do not accept digital culture are analyzed from the aspects of public digital cultural service management and urban residents themselves.Finally,for the public digital cultural service providers in Hebei Province,it proposes from the aspects of big data retrieval,cultural service quality,information literacy training,multi-level publicity and promotion,seeking to connect with other websites to meet the cultural needs of residents,strengthening capital investment and facility construction Suggest.In order to stimulate the enthusiasm of urban residents in Hebei Province to accept public digital cultural services,improve the current status of urban residents not accepting public digital cultural services,and increase resource utilization.
