Study On The Construction Of Libraries' Participation In The Public Cultural Service System

Along with our country economic development on track for intensifying the construction of public cultural,constructing public cultural service system in recent years has become a long-term strategic task of China's economic and social development.The public library as an important part of public culture service system construction,bearing the important mission.Accompanied by the central committee of the communist party of China about building a harmonious socialist society,the construction of learning society,the urban public library career also present on a business trip in developing alienation and diversification,how to better play the role of library in grassroots culture service system construction,is the current problems to be solved in the development of library.For further research on our country's library in participation in public cultural service system construction,the important role of the public libraries in China to participate in the perspective of public cultural services,in understanding the basic concept of public cultural services,definition and characteristics of public culture service system construction,on the basis of analyzing the position and role of the library in the public cultural system construction,points out that library's participation in public cultural service system construction in the new period faces opportunities and challenges.And precious experience of the development of public library at home and abroad for reference and taking the library of yinchuan as the research object,research,analysis of literature collected by field visits and other ways to understand the public cultural service of the library of yinchuan.Conclusion is put forward in the process of participation in public cultural service system construction of the library need to be aware of matters and the effective measures to solve the problem,help the public library system through the investment of more effectively meet the demand of the public culture,promoting the development of China's public cultural undertakings.Hope the research can help in the construction of public cultural service system to make a little contribution to the development of library construction.
