Electronic information manufacturing industry is an important sector of the national strategic emerging industry,and it is also the world's most intensive area of innovation investment,the most frequent innovation activities,the most extensive innovation applications,and the most powerful driving innovation fields.In recent years,with the opportunities of networking,digitization,and intelligence,China's electronic information manufacturing technology has made rapid progress,but compared with developed countries such as the United States,Japan,and South Korea,technological innovation capabilities still need to be strengthened,and core technologies are still subject to human constraints.At present,the electronic information manufacturing industry has entered a critical period of transformation and upgrading,from relying on scale dividends to innovation dividends.Enterprises are the main body of technological innovation and can transform limited innovation resources into a strong competitive advantage.Therefore,research on the efficiency of technological innovation of electronic information manufacturing enterprises is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of electronic information manufacturing industries.This article aims to study the key factors that affect the efficiency of technological innovation in electronic information manufacturing enterprises.First,sort out the existing relevant literature,summarize and summarize the factors that affect the technological innovation efficiency of electronic information manufacturing enterprises,and summarize and analyze an important research perspective of this paper-the research of the innovation value chain.On this basis,construct an innovation value chain model for electronic information manufacturing enterprises,and theoretically analyze the impact of three factors,such as the enterprise's innovation investment,main body characteristics,and external environment,on the two-stage innovation efficiency of electronic information manufacturing enterprises.Then,using the 179 electronic information manufacturing listed companies in2014-2018 as a sample,the network EBM model and the Malmquist index model were used to measure the static and dynamic efficiency of two-stage technological innovation of electronic information manufacturing listed companies,from the entire industry,sub-industry and From the perspective of enterprises,the innovation status of electronic information manufacturing enterprises is analyzed.The low efficiency of technology research and development and the efficiency of achievement transformation jointly restrict the improvement of technological innovation efficiency of electronic information manufacturing enterprises.Further,by setting up a measurement model,an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of technology R&D and achievement conversion efficiency of electronic information manufacturing enterprises.Empirical conclusions show that the increase in R&D personnel and R&D expenditure has caused a loss in technology R&D efficiency.The level of innovation generation inhibits the realization of innovation value.The level of employee education is positively related to the efficiency of achievement transformation.Expanding the scale of the enterprise is conducive to improving the efficiency of technology research and development and the efficiency of achievement transformation.State-owned electronic information manufacturing enterprises have higher technological research and development efficiency and efficiency of achievement transformation than non-state-owned enterprises.Ownership concentration has no obvious effect on technology R&D efficiency,but it has a positive effect on achievement conversion efficiency.Government support has no significant effect on the efficiency of technology research and development,but it inhibits the efficiency of achievement transformation.Market competition and technology research and development efficiency and achievement conversion efficiency are in the shape of "U".Moderate competition is conducive to technological innovation of electronic information manufacturing enterprises.
